The Yoga of Emotions

For many of us, our daily experience is overshadowed by “negative” emotions such as anxiety, depression, anger, resentment or rage. We are taught early on that certain feelings and ways of expressing are not acceptable, so we stuff them down or avoid speaking our truth. In doing so, we cut off emotional flow, maybe even to the point of numbing out.

Emotions bring zest and variety to life. How we feel about something determines everything - our attitude, thoughts and actions. In order enjoy more peace, love, joy, gratitude and bliss, we need to understand how to process our experiences, flow emotion and reconnect with our hearts.

In this workshop, we will explore:

  • Releasing triggers and stuck emotional energy through the practice of Emotional Digestion

  • Giving the body what it needs to support emotional regulation

  • Connecting with the Sacred Heart and the reservoir of love within you

Join us for an evening of deep connection with your inner world that holds the key to reclaiming your vital energy and enhancing every aspect of your life.

Please bring a journal or notebook and something to write with.
