This 5-week prenatal yoga series will stretch, tone, strengthen, and calm your body, mind, and emotions. The classes will support you in building strength, intuition, and mental balance as you move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with greater ease and grace. Each class will include seated and standing yoga postures, meditations, mantra, and deep relaxation. Join us in creating community and celebrating the journey of motherhood with other pregnant women.

What is Khalsa Way?
Khalsa Way is the holistic approach to pregnancy, birth, and beyond developed by Gurmukh Kaura Khalsa and based on ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. The founding principle of Khalsa Way is, “As a woman lives, so shall she birth.”
Khalsa Way classes prepare a woman’s mind, body, and spirit for the experiences of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. We emphasize the inner knowing of the mother and the shared experience of the mother and baby. Our goal is to help the mother create a peaceful, empowered, uniquely perfect experience for herself and her baby. The knowledge of how to birth and parent is built into every woman; this practice will help her learn to listen to and trust her inner voice.

Early bird pricing: $90 for the 5 week-series paid in full by October 17th
