Yogi Bhajan gave us this specific sadhana (spiritual practice) to support us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This sadhana is practiced by Kundalini Yogis world wide and done early in the morning during the Amrit Vela when the sun is hitting the Earth at a very specific angle amplifying the energies and making the benefits of your practice 40 times more powerful then any other time during the day.
We encourage you to cover your head (crown chakra) as there will be a lot of energy moving through your system (ie: turban, scarf, hat ect)
