Join us for this workshop focused on welcoming bliss into your heart, combining Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Kundalini Yoga includes mantra (sound vibration), kriya (a sequence of postures, breath, and sound), and meditation. Yoga Nidra, a deep restful sleep, incorporates guided meditation. Gong bath to follow our practice.
