Kundalini Yoga Women's Retreat
~Worshipping at the Alter of the Divine Self~
Friday August 3rd - Sunday August 4th
at Nurture Through Nature - Denmark, Maine
Join Kara Seymour (Liv Anand Kaur) and Satpal Kaur (Sonya Theriault, LMSW-cc) for a weekend immersion in the practice self love, connecting with women, and aligning with the Divine through the powerful & quickly transformative technology of Kundalini Yoga.
When women gather together, we heal.
When women heal, the planet heals.
Release the limits of cultural conditioning, the subconscious mind, and self sabotage and ignite the power, wisdom and grace within you.
Whether you are brand new to Kundalini Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this experience will be deeply healing and transformative!
You are invited to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Nurture through Nature, a green certified eco friendly retreat center in the heart of Western Maine’s lakes and mountain region. NTN is fully off the grid, solar powered, and sits on 33 mountainside, forested acres.
“You have to do first things first.. If you do not accept your own dignity as a woman, all external trappings shall mean nothing. It has nothing to do with any man or with any relationship. Once you accept your own dignity, the whole world will come to you.” -Yogi Bhajan
