We are in a personal process and a community process. Elevating ourselves and each other in a sacred container that honors where each woman is at and inspires her to access her strength, purpose and intuitive wisdom, as she aligns to her highest destiny path.

We understand the power and importance of a daily spiritual practice and prioritize self-healing and self-care at the highest level, in order to be of service to our families, communities and planet earth as a whole from a space of generosity and abundance.

The foundation of our community is built upon the ancient teachings and technologies of kundalini yoga, as a way to clear our self sabotaging subconscious minds, strengthen our nervous systems so we can handle the pressures of the times with grace and grit and to cultivate more energy to live, love and work with great joy, clarity and radiance.

We train our bodies to become stronger, our minds to become more focused and our hearts more open, so we can enhance our capacity to be a healing force on the planet and usher in a new consciousness.

Kundalini yoga is a Raj Yoga, a royal path. A path of dignity, nobility, grace and radiance. It is the path of a warrior/warrioress. It requires you to move beyond your preconceived limitations in body and mind, activates your 10 subtle bodies with kriyas (yoga sets) and elevates your mental landscape and creativity through mantra and meditation. This practice will transport you into a life of amplified love in your relationship with Self and others, giving you the stamina to “Keep Up“ in these pressurized times.

Monday through Friday Liv Anand teaches a 30 minute Kundalini Yoga practice at 6 AM and all classes are recorded, archived and available for you to access at any time.

For 2019 we are working with an overarching theme of Prosperity and each month there is a new practice with additional assignments and a secondary theme.

This community offers accountability, shared wisdom and an elevated platform from which to take big leaps in the direction of your dreams.

On the occasional event that she can not make it live in the morning for some unforeseen situation, internet issues or travel plans, she will do her best to have one of the ladies in the community sub her classes or she will put up a post as soon as possible and you can practice with the previous day's recording.



Liv Anand’s offerings and style of teaching are inspiring, heartfelt and full of pure Love and Light. The energy both in the studio and in RADIANCE is intense - uplifting and transformational. She is no nonsense, encouraging commitment to myself and my community. If I can’t be a beacon of Light for others, how can I expect others to be that for me? On a global level she is showing us how we can change vibrations by raising up ourselves and all those around us. I can’t say it is easy work - you’ve got to dig deep into the shadows to uncover the light of Truth. But it is worth every bit of it.

Liv Anand makes this practice totally accessible. Her online women’s community, RADIANCE, has allowed me the luxury of doing yoga with a group of incredible women from the comfort of my own home. I have little kids and need to get to work early. For the first time in the 13 years I’ve been a yoga teacher and practitioner I have a solid daily yoga (pranayama, mantra and meditation) practice. I feel confident and secure in myself. I feel myself and those around me changing for the better every day. Even my 4 year old has started doing the practice with me!

I am now in my 3rd month of participating in RADIANCE. My first month I needed to buy myself a mat, sit pillow, and another larger pillow to sit on. This helped me feel more comfortable and supports me during the practice. I LOVE this daily practice and the group of women I’m doing this with and Liv Anand.
