Liv Anand Kaur (Kara Seymour), has been on a personal quest of self discovery, creative living and transformation for as long as she can remember and stepped onto the yogic path in 2003.

She has a diverse yogic background as a practitioner as well as a teacher. With training certificates in Hatha Yoga, AcroYoga and Kundalini Yoga. Liv Anand has been actively teaching yoga full time since 2004 and has owned and managed three yoga studios since 2007.

After many years of practicing and teaching different forms of Hatha Yoga she was ready to expand her practice and teachings in a whole new way. Although at the time she did not know what that would look like….the universe answered her prayers and through a very cosmic and synchronistic turn of events brought her to Kundalini Yoga and her teacher, Guru Jagat.

Since January of 2017 Liv Anand has been steeping herself in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and studying at RAMA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology with Guru Jagat, Harijiwan, Tej and Gurujas.

She is beyond excited to be hosting and assisting Maine’s first ever Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in order to offer others the profound transformational experience of diving deeper in their own practice and developing high caliber teachers to share this practice with the world!
