Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness.

This ancient yogic science and technology consists of kriyas (yogic exercises), meditations, mantras (chanting), pranayams (breathing techniques) and mudras (symbolic hand gestures).

It is an accelerated path to spiritual growth with tangible physical, mental and emotional benefits.

Kundalini Yoga is a transportation system that connects you with your own higher consciousness and is designed to help you maneuver our complex modern reality with grace, integrity and vitality.

This practice gives you a skill set and tool set to embody a high caliber of energy, which in turn allows you to be healthier and happier in your life, your relationships and your work.

Pranayam & Meditation

This is a Kundalini Yoga practice consisting of Kundalini Yoga Pranayams (breathing exercises) and meditations. Kundalini Yoga Meditations are often active, consisting of movement, breathwork and mantra. Rarely are you sitting in stillness and silence.

This is a great class to decompress, bring balance to the brain and the mind and strengthen your nervous system.  A full being reset!


Integrative Breathwork

A restorative and healing practice for the whole self. Deeply nourishing and centering. Come awaken your empowered presence with this supine journey guided by music. A truly committed time to "catch your breath" and practice a holistic healing method that helps to alkalize the body, support the nervous system, enhance intuition- and so much more. Gift yourself a sacred pause for reflection. Guided by long-time Integrative Breathwork practitioner and Somatic Breath Therapist, Tania Zuckerman. Similar to Holotropic Breathwork, Rebirthing, and Transformational Breathwork, Integrative Breathwork sessions are an incredibly powerful and effective healing modality you don't want to miss. Come "home" to yourself with this Sacred Breathwork Journey.

Let's break down the story we have been telling ourselves and create a life scripted from OUR truth. One we shape with intention, mindful awareness and practice, lots of practice.

Choosing self love and self care is the first move to creating a happier more fulfilling experience.

Mens work allows us to work from a safe nonjudgemental supportive foundation. As we join together in ceremony, create sacred space, we open ourselves to what is possible. We do the "work" of looking within to recognize what no longer serves us, creating space that we can relax into, hear what our body/nervous system is telling us and learn to listen.

Sacred Warriors is a weekly opportunity to discover, revisit and amplify your connection with source energy, deepen our relationship to the "Feminine" that surrounds us and embody what it means to be a man in such a dynamic time of self discovery.

We will start with 30 minutes of practice which will consist of breath work, bio dynamics, meditation, yoga and energy work.

A group check in, 0-100 how is your day?, What is working? What will it take to get to 100?

Allowing any man to ask for further support after everyone has had a quick check in.

Each week you'll be introduced to a new practice to incorporate into your quiver of self care.

Closing with drumming or sound bath.

There will be a lot of variety outside the 30 min practice and check in.
