Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness.

This ancient yogic science and technology consists of kriyas (yogic exercises), meditations, mantras (chanting), pranayams (breathing techniques) and mudras (symbolic hand gestures).

It is an accelerated path to spiritual growth with tangible physical, mental and emotional benefits.

Kundalini Yoga is a transportation system that connects you with your own higher consciousness and is designed to help you maneuver our complex modern reality with grace, integrity and vitality.

Tea Ceremony

Come joins us for the grounding and centering practice of Tea Ceremony. We will come together in silence, meditation and sharing for a ritual focused on drinking tea together.

Tea is an ancient practice which allows us to connect to ourselves, each other and the environment around us. Each week the intention of the ceremony will be new as we move through the seasons as will the teas we drink. You are invited to come as you are with no tea or ceremony experience necessary. Unlike the tradition Japanese Tea Ceremony, this modern ritual is relaxed and informal and designed for participation within the ceremony form rather than performance.
