Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness.

This ancient yogic science and technology consists of kriyas (yogic exercises), meditations, mantras (chanting), pranayams (breathing techniques) and mudras (symbolic hand gestures).

It is an accelerated path to spiritual growth with tangible physical, mental and emotional benefits.

Kundalini Yoga is a transportation system that connects you with your own higher consciousness and is designed to help you maneuver our complex modern reality with grace, integrity and vitality.

This practice gives you a skill set and tool set to embody a high caliber of energy, which in turn allows you to be healthier and happier in your life, your relationships and your work. 

*no prior yoga experience, flexibility or spandex required. 

 

Meditation & Pranayam

This lunch time class is a great break in your day to ground into your body and breath with pranayam (Kundalini Yoga breathing tecniques) and active Kundalini Yoga meditations.

You will leave this class feeling calm, centered and embodied with greater clarity of mind and the ability to focus your thoughts and energy in a productive and efficient way.

 

Pranayam, Meditation & Gong

This is an hour long Kundalini Yoga practice consisting of Pranayam (breathing exercises), meditation and deep relaxation with the gong (ancient healing instrument).

This is a great class to decompress, bring balance to the brain and the mind and strengthen your nervous system.  A full being reset!

 

Kundalini Yoga & Yoga Nidra

This is a great class for you if you're feeling stressed, exhausted, restless, or simply need a body-mind reset.

The first part of this class is Kundalini Yoga, followed by Yoga Nidra.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness.

Yoga Nidra is the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

Yoga Nidra consists of deep, guided meditation that induces total relaxation mentally, emotionally, and physically. Within this state of deep relaxation, self healing happens.

This class opens up with a guided meditation and leads into an inspiring and educational session about the powerful health benefits of dōTERRA Essential Oils.
